Camper areas

You travel by camper and you want to stop in Auxerre and Auxerrois or spend several days to discover the heritage, wines and gastronomy? Here are the areas accessible to motorhomes to facilitate your stay!

Auxerre

You can park on the banks of the Yonne, right bank, in the car park located behind the marina (Quai de l’Ancienne Abbaye).You will enjoy the exceptional panorama of the city, one of the most beautiful in France.
All you need to do is cross the footbridge to access the historic center and monuments such as the Saint-Germain Abbey, the Saint-Etienne Cathedral, the Clock Tower and the surrounding shops.
This car park is not equipped for motorhomes (you can not drain or supply water) but you are welcome.

Auxerrois

L’Escale de Gurgy is located 13 km north of Auxerre and ideally located on the banks of the Yonne, is a parking area for motorhomes and a water stopping place.
The area has 36 parking spaces.Parking is chargeable and includes limited access to electricity and water.
Single rate: € 8 per 24 hours + € 0.30 city tax per night and per person.
The area is open from April 1st to October 31st.

Camping les Ceriselles in Vincelles, located 14 kms south of Auxerre, is equipped with an area developed for motorhomes.

Located near the Canal du Nivernais, equipped with a heated pool and offering many activities, it is open from March 30 to September 29.
