The show will evoke the meeting of choreographic art and culinary art. The theme of a festive banquet, with the appetisers set in the 15th century and the desserts in the 18th century, will give the historical dances their place as entremets. The dance, in harmony with the music, text and song, will exalt a joyful, dramatic or dreamlike moment in the story.
